Origin

Fox spirit, born back when foxes were over hunted in his forest. Originally a vengeful spirit, that has since then mellowed out. During his youth he would take revenge on humans that had hunted foxes, but was placated by them when they built him a temple and gave him regular offerings. After that foxes in his forest were protected, and those who tried to hunt them would disappear mysteriously. These days he lives in the city, but visits the forest at least once a month to hunt. If he cant find humans in his forest, he’ll hunt in the city instead, though he doesn’t find it as fulfilling.
